Prescription Refill and Food Order Request Form
Please use this link to request your prescription refill or food item. This will save you time when picking up your order. Request can only be processed during office hours. We will call contact to confirm receipt and will contact you again when the product or Prescription is ready for pick up. Please do allow minimum 24 hours to fill. If your item is a special order, please ensure you call us with plenty of time to order this in for you; we recommend ordering when you are half way through your prescription.
Tick and Flea Information

One very important fact pet owners should keep in mind is that, in many parts of Canada, tick activity begins when it’s just 4°C outside and, depending on the tick species, can continue well into late fall and even during the winter. Since the best time to start protecting pets against ticks is before exposure, March is the ideal time to start on tick protection! Call to discuss what medication will be best for your pet to take this season, as there are a few brands to choose from. We’ve got options for 1 month and 3 month lengths of treatment, as well as topical versions for allergy patients.

Day Care Booking Request
This link will take you to a form that you can use to submit Day care request. You may submit up to 5 dates. We will contact you to confirm the booking, during office hours. Please allow at least 2 day business days for confirmations from the time of submission. Booking is not complete until we call or email you to confirm.
