8 cups water
Sugar or honey
Salt (optional)

Extra notes from Dr SchellĂ
Easy on stomach, sweet tasting.
Can use to disguise herbs.

Procedure:
Soak dry soybeans in water overnight with ample coverage. Wash soybean several times before blending (soybeans should be soft). Add 1 cup of soybean with 2 cups of water into blender. Start to mix soybean for 10-20 seconds. Repeat several times until liquid. Filter the blended soybean with fine-tissue cloth and save liquid soybean (you can also save the separated solid part of mixture as an organic nutrition for your garden or sauté and eat). Continue to blend and filter soybeans until all soft soybeans are used. Put all liquid soybean into a large pot. Heat soybean milk until it just starts to boil and then immediately turn the stove temperature to low for 5-10 minutes. Add equal amounts of sugar, honey or salt to taste into the cooked soybean milk. Skim off foam. Allow to cool and serve.
